“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.” – Marianne Williamson

Learning Happens Every Day
Teaching is in my blood; I have been doing this for almost 26 years. I love passing on knowledge to others, observing learning processes, and reflecting on learning strategies and knowledge transfer. Learning happens every day, and each learning process is unique. I feel privileged when I can contribute, even in a small way, to someone’s personal and intellectual development.

From Teacher to Coach
Originally, I came from the education sector, but early in my teaching career, I started coaching teachers, teams, and staff at secondary schools. This inspired me to do more, which led me to start my own coaching practice. Today, I am an all-round coach, and my client base has expanded. I now support highly educated individuals with various personal and professional development challenges.

My clients are usually highly educated medical professionals, such as general practitioners, medical specialists, or individuals with their own practice or partnership, such as lawyers, notaries, and CEOs of mid-sized companies.

A lot of my clients struggle with stress and burn-out issues. I find it fascinating not only to help someone reintegrate into the workplace but also to explore what led them to this situation in the first place . Overall help my clients, step by step, to let go of old beliefs and behaviours, while guiding them to focus on new behaviours and create a new mindset. Often, it involves a highly engaged, positive personality traits that have become imbalanced.

In addition to stress and burn-out issues, the coaching programs often focus on work-life balance, personal development, professional insecurity, dealing with conflicts or uncertainty, and self-acceptance and self-love. Additionally, I conduct many peer review sessions with medical specialists and medical specialists in training (residents and junior doctors).

I enjoy the challenge of helping clients maintain and appreciate the positive aspects of their character while preventing a recurrence of the same patterns. This process involves examining backgrounds, patterns, upbringing, values, and beliefs. These are always meaningful and valuable journeys. I learn a lot from each coaching process and consider all my clients unique in their individuality.

Why the ACC?
It is inspiring to be part of this community! I love using my extensive experience and knowledge to help other professional coaches and counsellors become even better at their skills.

ACC offers a broad range of coaching and counselling programmes, allowing every professional to find a suitable connection. I find this truly valuable and powerful, as it contributes to better and more well-rounded professionals.

With its programs, the ACC not only provides solid, practice-oriented training for the profession of coach/counsellor, covering both the cognitive and practical aspects, but it also places a strong emphasis on the heart—an empathetic and holistic approach to clients. This approach resonates deeply with me.

Who Inspires You?
One of my heroes is my former supervisor. I always wished I could be like her: understanding, knowledgeable, empathetic, loving, reflective, encouraging, a great listener, and someone who truly hears others. Most importantly, she had the ability to empower others profoundly. These are qualities I deeply admire and strive to embody myself.

Helping People Live Their Full Potential
I believe that we all have immense potential within us, but we often hold ourselves back from fully embracing it. My mission is to help others live more fully from their complete potential. To help them remain true to themselves, to feel entirely perfect as they are, and to bring that energy into the world.
