Apply for the STAP budget on the 1st of July
People in the Dutch labour market (either in a job or job-seekers) can apply for a STAP budget of up to €1,000 for educational purposes. STAP stands for ‘Stimulating Labour Market Position’. The STAP budget is meant as a subsidy scheme to (partially) fund training programmes. This scheme is introduced by the government to give people the opportunity to increase their long-term employability by following a training programme.
The next application period starts on Friday the 1st of July 2022. If you want to apply on the 1st of July, please register with us by the 28th of June 2022 at the latest, so that we can send you a STAP registration certificate in time.
Please note: the STAP budget often runs out early in the application period (sometimes after one day). We therefore advise you to apply for your STAP budget on the 1st of July at 10 AM.
On this page you can read more about how and when to apply, and what the conditions are.
